Russell Yoshida began his career in the healing arts in 1997, when he was introduced to Massage Therapy. Successfully becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, he has worked professionally for over 20 years.
While treating his diverse client group, Russell discovered that in order to access the deepest levels of healing, more was required of him as a practitioner. He furthered his education in 2003, studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, in Victoria, British Columbia. From his studies, he gained an in depth understanding of the energetic system of the body.
He developed a unique technique, which bridges the gap between Eastern and Western philosophies, to assist in harmonizing the body’s physical and energetic systems.
After integrating this knowledge with his experience, Russell’s therapy evolved again to incorporate movement- a vital element to facilitate stress release. Russell’s passion is helping others on their healing journey and he is constantly learning and evolving while offering the utmost in compassionate, patient care.
