Whether its an appreciation day for employees or a get together with friends group booking are a great way to go. VANtastic Wellness works together with a variety of other practitioners to offer a wide variety of experiences and options.

This can be done privately or with a group of friends you would like to share the experience. I come to your space and take the group though 75 or 90 minutes of Restorative Yoga, all the while incorporating Thai and Ashi Massage into the sequence. This aids your opening in each posture and nurtures where you are at in that moment. Group MAX is 6 people so everyone can receive a valuable amount of hands on time and adjustments.

Life happens, we get it. Let us know as soon as you do that you cannot make your appointment.
If it is within 48 hours - there is a fee of 50% the treatment cost, prior to that no charge.
